Evalore provides AI-powered software selection analysis for capital projects. Our analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and should be validated with vendor demonstrations and expert consultation before making purchasing decisions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Tokens & Billing

Tokens are consumed when using AI analysis features. Token balances are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

5. Disclaimer

Evalore provides analysis for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our recommendations. Software selection decisions should involve thorough due diligence beyond our analysis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Evalore are owned by Evalore and protected by intellectual property laws. Reports generated for your use may be shared within your organization.
